Press 1 to accept call............... I don't think so!

886-847-1751 called my cell phone today.  Since I didn't recognize it I didn't answer, but they left a message.  When I listened to message most of it wasn't understandable.  But the last part said something about I wouldn't be charged for the call.  I guess that meant if I called them back.  Whatever these idiots wanted they have no right to call my cell phone. It's on the do no call list. If they call again I will report them

Left a voice mail on my cell as well, wanting me to press 1 for a 'free call', WTF?
Tons of these scams originate from China but could be anywhere.

the caller is a prison inmate and the message says 1 to accept and explains the charges are $10 for 10 mins not refundable if call ends early

that didn't look right so I'll explain... the caller is in jail or prison and are trying to make a personal call to your phone.... its ligit and not a scam
