7:40pm on 1/1/15 I got call from this number
saying they were with Microsoft Corp and
they needed me to sign onto my home computer so they could correct a problem..
No way Jose' !!  I told the foreign sounding
person on the phone - " Thanks, but No
Thank You !"
BEWARE OF THIS NUMBER...

Yes ,this so called computer fixer called me a few times. I just put the receiver down and let him keep talking to himself. Lol

I got this call from the  above number and telling me that  my computer was hacked into and he is calling from Microsoft.

I let these people into my computer before, i did not know it was a scam.

I had to get a well know tech support company to remove the faulty software  and remove the bug.

this number is calling me everyday now and when u call it back it said the number you changed or disconnected

I have received two calls from 888-123-5678. One just now on 02-11-15, and one on 02-09-15. Both times I answered, there was no response. I said "hello" again, still got silence, and then they hang up. I have no idea who it is, or what their game is, but I highly doubt they are legitimate.
I do not receive many calls from numbers I do not recognize and screen my calls carefully. However, I just moved and I am currently looking for work, so have my resume up on a few websites. I don't know how they got my number, but as we all know, that is not too hard to do these days.
With 25 years of customer service experience behind me, all I can say to anyone out there is BEWARE: Do Not give anyone from this number any personal or critical information. If they were legitimate, they would identify themselves immediately. And if they did not identify themselves to me, but told someone else they are with Microsoft, or whatever, then they are LYING!!! Protect your information and use common sense. Have a good day.

Just got a call from 888-123-5678 claiming that my computer was hacked. I told him "oh really"? He said yes microsoft has been receiving messages saying the someone was trying to hack your computer and I want to fix this issue. I said again "oh really". Silent for a few seconds and then he said something in Spanish I believe. I then said how do you know I am running windows? No comment. I then said well sorry but I am running a mac. He said oh really? Like shocked. I said yes and then asked him if you were trying to scam me. He told me to f*** off and hung up. I know better than to fall for that crap.

Say 's he is from Microsoft then asks when will I be free. Then asks to get coffee. Then says we f**ked last night.I had to hang up.

Got a call on my cell from this number today. The guy knew my name and said he was with Microsoft.  I said, "No you're not, this is a scam and never call me again."  The guy started saying a bunch of explicit stuff.  I hung up and added the number to my cell contacts as Microsoft Scam.

This number keep calling my husband phone and talking nasty.

Don't know who it is, don't care. They called but I've been out all day so I didn't have a chance to answer it.

Calls all the time.I have caller id so I don't anwer and they don't leave a message.It's a scam don't answer.Must be stopped.

They called me too. I just have to say be careful. Don't give any important information to this hackers.

Igot the same call on my cell about every time I log on I am sending a signal to Microsoft that I am having a problem, can I log on so he can fix it I said no he asked if I want him to call later I said I'm not at home   then he hung up  I not put the number on the blocked list of my cell

This number called me twice, I answered the 2nd time and the guy knew my name and said he was with Microsoft, said my computer had been hacked and microsoft has been receiving reports then acted like he could not hear me and hung up.

He keeps calling me and I can't answer it
