    This is a "loan" modification company...They get your mortgage info from public records and make it look like they're calling from your Mortgage company to offer program...

    SCAM!!!  Do NOT fall in the trap and call this phone number!!!  If you read this notice closely, they NEVER identify the company name.  Also, there was a small print on the notce stating "this information was obtained through public records.  We are NOT an affiliate of, nor associated with _______ Mortgage or any Government agency".  However, if you read the bottom left of the notice, it would state "fine or imprisonment if any person interferes with or obstructs delivery of this letter......"  So what's it???!!!  The information is very contradicting!!!  Only legitimate government letters may have this type of language but yet again it stated this company was NOT affiliate of nor assoicated with ANY government agency.  My friend called and given out personal information and never heard from the so-called "counselor" again........
