They left me a message stating that it was "Investor Corp"  regarding my AT&T phone number. I did not call back.

They took $25 out of my checking account. I didn't know who the heck they were until I checked here.

I will get that phone cut off today!

Who are these people and they took $25.00 and $90.25 out of my checking and I want it back

this company is a fraud!! they took money out of my account after i called and told them that I don't have an account w/ cricket wireless!!!

i dont know who theses people are, but my thing is how in the hell did they get my checking account informations.

They took $25.00 twice from my account and I have no idea who they are. They don't anwer their phone. I;m on hold for a over an hour and no one ever get on the phone.

I too had funds taken from my checking account. One debit for $11.03, then $25.00. I called 888-208-6235 and spoke with Aphelia who explained this was charge for funds I had tried to add to my T-mobile pre-paid phone. I explained to her the transaction appeared to have been rejected before it was completed. However, after I did some research, they were correct! I did in fact owe the amount.

Took payment out for a discontinued pre -paid phone (Cricket)

this 888-208-6235 phone number took $25 out of my checking account via ACH DEBIT. stating this was for a Cricket charge for no reason whatsoever. I have contacted Cricket to try and resolve.

I made a payment on my account through the automatic system and AT&T through a call that rolled over to Processing Repayment Departmentsaid they don 't see payment and cant pulled up anything with the Confirmation I was giving at the end of phone call.
Is this a Scam At7T got going on with frauding their customer?

Wanda, I doubt that AT&T is deliberately running a scam to defraud its customers and I don't know if this is a legitimate debt collector or a scam.  Here's some info from the CFPB on differentiating between real and fake debt collectors.  I tried calling the number a few times but it hangs up immediately.  Legitimate debt collectors usually answer their phones or have a message identifying the company and the purpose of their calls.

In addition, call AT&T using their published number or the number on your bill.  If your account has been sent to collections, they will be able to tell you.

I would be willing to bet that you didn't actually go to the ATT website to pay but instead went to a website after doing a search and paid scammers.
