We received an early morning call from these idiots, it said "toll free" on the caller I D. We did not answer and they didn't leave a message.

I verified this by calling back........It's the National Rifle Assoc.

it's the NRA, i'm not a member (not that i don't love guns) but i AM a member of the national do not call list. i called them back, recording said they wanted to give me information on important updates. i'm guessing this has something to do with elections. as guns is always a hot topic

I keep getting calls on my phone from these people I have caller id and I don;t answer they don't leave a message now they are calling just after 8 am and after 9 pm I am so sick of getting stupid calls what is the do not call list for?It is worthless unless it works for all calls I get so many calls from the 800 and 888 numbers don't they get the hint when they are not answered>

If the NRA - National Rifle Association was calling you for political issues, they would leave a long message. They are a proud organization and do not hide from leaving messages.

These calls are coming from NRA - National Recovery Agency. They are a debit collector trying to do determine of number is associated with the person they are trying to seek. If someone is home and answers the phone or if it goes to voicemail and your voicemail message has your name and voice attached, they will keep on calling you.

Bottom-line... don't answer these calls and make sure your outgoing message on your VM is not personal. In 60 days, they will stop calling

I would also recommend buying a Panasonic KX-TGA652 Cordless Telephone. It blocks up to 30 numbers... It rings once on your end and all the caller gets is a busy signal. Works Great on all of the un wanted political calls.

The jokes on them. I never listen to or  deal with anyone or any company that harasses me.

You are not correct, I called back and a recorded voice said it was the National Rifle Asso. calling with updates, and that they would call back, No way to request to be removed from their files. The call was disconnected.

They are a collection agency. NRA stands for National Recovery Agency. They try to collect on bad debt, old debt and any other types of debt that a person may owe.

Wasn't available, but called this number back and it said it was the National Rifle Association...calling with recent updates.

Received phone call from this number.  When I answered no one was on the other end.  Called the number back and got recording stating was the National Rifle Association and they had important new information and that they were sorry they missed me and would try calling back in a few days.  There was not an option to be removed from their list only the opportunity to press 1 to hear about their new updates.  Call was disconnected after recording.

I WAS a member of the NRA (Nat'l Rifle Assoc.) I discontinued because of their smarmy business dealings over a video tape that was suppose to be "free" but for which they later tried to intimidate and get money from me.  I sent them an email and told them to stop the calls.  I'll see what happens. I support the 2nd amendment but not these morons.

I also got the call, but I didn't mind the call, Why, because I bought a Digitone Call Blocker.  www.digitone.com The first time they call, it rings my phone and the call comes through. I then block the number and the next time they call, my phone doesn't even ring and the blocker hangs up on them. You can even block entire area codes. I have it setup to block any incoming calls with the 855 area code. The blocker keeps track of all calls, good and bad ones. Then I like to check to see who got hung up on just for fun like I am now.

You need to buy one of these, you’ll like it. No monthly fees either

Yes there is a collection agency using "NRA" but this number belongs to the "National Rifle Asso". If they are calling you it is because you or someone who knows your info signed you up to get these calls. Answer when they call & tell them you are not a member & want your number off their list. Don't blame them if someone you know thought it would be funny to put you on their call list. Be more careful picking your friends.

The phone rings and when I answer there is nothing there

its a collector,,,i know i owe everybody,geeeeeeeeee,,but my reply is alwaysBLOW ME,,,they get confused,what did you say,,,my answer is BLOW ME,as the phone gets quiet,you can here in the back ground,,,this man said BLOW ME,then poof,they hang up,,,ive called then 9 times,and said let me speak too mr BLOW ME,they hang up, im calling them tomorrow 12 times,,yes its really happening,ahhhhhhh

Tired, tired, tired of these stupip phone calls.  When will they ever stop.  I just don't answer, but its still annoying when they they start calling before 8 in the morning and call until after 9 at night.  There ought to be a law against this.
