Received scam call as Private Caller and no number. Microsoft Technical support call with the scammers request for computer access because my computer was infected with viruses. She did have a British Hindi accent saying only that she was in the UK, asked for their website info and she gave nirvananas.net. Funny when she said it sounded more like leadrunner but she did spell it out and yes, there is a website. Their US contact number that I'm posting under 888 226 6073 is listed on their website along with other contact numbers around the globe.

Big guys like MS or IBM will NEVER call ordinary users. As soon as you hear "This is Microsoft Tech support" or something like that, just HANG UP. Never discuss anything with them, never accept any "exciting" offer etc. Usually these scammers wait for two beeps and then hang up. Always pick up your phone after THIRD beep (or ring) and you will get rid of 90% of scam. ;-)
