Keeps calling my phone

I have called these people several times and told them to stop calling my cell phone and telling them I am not the person they are trying to get in touch with and all they say is we will make note of it yet they still keep calling!

they call 3 or 4 times in less than an hour no one there when you answer.

NUVELL FINANCIAL...SO ANNOYING....IF I AM ONE DAY LATE (WHICH I HAVE BEEN DUE TO MY HEALTH)  THEY CONTINUALLY CALL.  I SCAN ALL CALLS AND DO NOT ANSWER. THEY CALL WHEN I AM STLL SLEEPNGSO MY CELL AND HOME PHONES ARE OFF.  I CALL BACK TO SEE WHO WAS ON MY CALLER ID AND JUST HANG UP ON THEM.  I AM CURRENT ON MY LOAN AND BECAUSE OF MY DISABILITY HAVE BAD CREDI .....SO I CAN ONLY DO MY BEST!
I DO NOT FEEL THE NEED TO HAVE TO ANSWER MY PHONE THE MINUTE IT RINGS.....I ANSWER TO PPL I WANT TO SPEAK WITH

Lets just be honest, it is Ally Financial group, Which is GMAC's new name...GMAC claims to have sold everything, but like others who took TARP funds, just made it look that way on paper with and with press releases. This is GMAC, doing Business as Nuvell Credit/Nuvell Financial Services/National Auto Finance/GMAC Auto/American Suzuki Financial Services/Saab Financial/Saab Leasing/Alexium Leasing/Etc

Known Phone numbers: (14 that I know of....each of which calls at least 5 times a day to our business offices for emplyees (yes, they have been told this is a business and their calls will not be forwarded to our employees)...who knows how many more they may use)

This is ALLY Financial  they start calling at Day 5 past due

I'm about to find the angriest music I have and when they call I'm going to answer and wait until I get a real person and then just assault their eardrums with the angry music. They have beeb calling for like a month straight multiple times a day and they are REALLY starting to bug me. I've flipped out on people like them before and I will gladly do it again. Sorry but if you're going to be a jerk and keep calling without leaving a message then be prepared for my witch with a capital B switch to get flipped!

Get a lawyer and sue them for 20 times what they claim you owe . There are some good lawyers that advertise in this blog .

Who are these people? Why are they calling me?

I had emergency surgery and knew I would be unable to work for a month. I gave them notice because I was between payment periods  I advised them I would be out of payment whack for 3 months / never going over s 14 day late period. They put a hit on my credit and constantly call. Gods thing I was honest and let them know and updated them during the process

tell them you are going to report them to the BBB and to remove your number from the dialer

Keeps calling our work number looking for Robert Evans who doesn't work here. So we gave them the number to the Bob Evans restaurant down the road from here. Call him and get your money, I've heard he has a lot of it.

It is Ally Financial and yes, they are on you like glue when you are a minute past due.  My house burned down and I lost everything I owned and my three children and I were living in one hotel room with only the set of clothes we had on that day, recovering from burns and inhalation, which I explained to these jerks and the guy literally said, "so we can work with you on this". I was thinking I finally found someone with a heart and he goes on to say I would have to make half the payment that day and they would wait two days before calling me back to give me time to try to borrow the rest.  I wiped out my little savings trying to survive and they had no sympathy at all.  I told him I literally had nothing....and he said "well, we will continue to call you everyday until payment is made" and told me how negatively this would impact my credit rating as if that was what I was worried about!  I was only two days late at this point, mind you!

Always calls never leaves a message. I can't take calls a work.

I told them to please change my number to (410) 555 -1212. Shouldn't be getting any more calls, lol.

We are actually not late at all, have been day or 2 late in the past and they have my work number, have told them not to call this number and they are.  not even sure why since we're not late.
