I received 6 charges on a debit care from this phone number for 1.15 a piece

Don't know how come they know my account. They didn't get my authorize and
take money from my account. This is illegal action. I feel very upset.

I see they have withdrawn 29.95 on two days back to back. They have no account under my name. WTF?

this # was listed as a debit...not sure where it's from or why it was able to take over $20.00 from my acct...When I call it's just busy!

Looks like their doing this quite often, i dont have an account with Classmates.com, that i can find, but they charged my debit card 24.95.
They're just scam artists.

If you renewed Classmates.com this was part of the renewal if you didn't cancel within 7 days.  I called to see what it was, they were very nice explaining this, I received a cancelation e-mail from them with a credit memo to my account.

As stated, it is from Privacy Matters 123.  Apparently you have 7 days to cancel after signing up for "free" and if you don't cancel they charge you.  Call the number and they will refund the fee with no hassle whatsoever.

I had sign up with classmates for a one year subsciption $19.95 somehow they have deduct three times for the same amount I report to bank and did a unauthorized claim to the bank  Union Bank has reimburse thank god but before that I got a call trying to make say that I did ok for the deduction which I didnt I cancel my atm and request a new one look for this 888-239-0316 in your bank statement.

this number along with 888-239-3919 and 888-697-0719 illegally debited five charges from account.

They charged $29.95 to my debit. Called the number and they said they would refund my money. Have no idea who they are.

Thank you for this.  I have been charged 3x on my credit card for $24.95 each, coinciding with the time I signed up for a "gold" membership on Classmates.

Reviewed bank statement and this company has billed me twice.  I have never applied for any classmates membership.  I plan to call them first thing Monday morning.

I called, they cheerfully said they would credit my card.  Just saw where  (instead of a credit) they charged my card again!!!!!

It is called contunality billing.  Just saw a special about the company selling enzyme crap that was for male enhansment (remember, theres (smiling) B0b?  Well that company did the same thing.  Once they got your cc no they billed you like this every month.  It was all a scam.  They raked in $250,000.000 (yes, that os the right no of zeros).

Well the guy that dreamed it up is serving 25 years in prison.  They were class action law suits for millions.  But, he was fined by the Gov. for $496 million I think it was, so they'll probably get their money first, but I did see where one guy said he received $17,000 from the class action suit.  But, note that obviously a lot of guys did not want to be on camera talking about it, considering the subject.:).

I'm calling them Monday threatning a class action suit if they do not refund all of my money.  I obviously would not have knowingly signed up for a credit monitoring service, with unlimited free access to my credit reports, when I already had it with another (legitament) company.

Guys, watch out!  Another co bought the name of the suposed enzyme, and good old smiling Bob still appears in ads for that co.

My bank just notified me of what they thought were fraudulent charges from this phone number, 888-239-0316.  They canceled my credit card immediately.

It's bad when companys link into other companys and have telemarketers linking services and charges without your knowledge that will create a charge from your bank account.

Can you tell me who this company is? I keep getting charged and don't know why.
