These people are so stupid. Today I am talking to one of their people and their auto dialer calls me 3 times during the 5 min call.

I answered the call from 888-245-6125 by mistake on my cell phone.  It was Wells Fargo (Visa) Collections Department, Customer Service Rep.  I will read the number now before I answer to fast, without looking.

You say hello and no one is ever there. Today they called again and I said my morning greeting and was hung up on. They need to stop wasting my time!

This number called again today and the man was extremely rude! I knew where he was calling from and knew what he was calling for prior to picking up. When I asked him a few questions about who he was and where he was calling from he lied and then flipped out on me. He started telling me his age and that he's a male. I found that very inapropriate and unprofessional. He then asked to speak to my manager which I did and she did the same thing to him and told him to stop calling. We are not allowed to transfer personal collection calls to our employees. I hope that call was monitored and recorded and that [***] looses his sad sorry excuse for a job.

Rec'd call from number -- did not answer it due to number not being familiar to me -- no message was left
