they hung up on me when i asked who was calling

somebody calling from unknown number and oofering 7500$ creditline
with the membership of 3.97$.they are giving their customer care number as 1-888-246-5659.when i called this number,they are also telling the same and asking my credit card or debit card details to deduct the membership fees of 3 dollars something.probably it will be a scam.so, i didn,t given any details.
be aware from these calls.

they told me that qualify for a Gold Card with a company that i have exclusively buy from  a credit line of 7500 but can only  use with specific company, kind like Blair or fingerhut, i told that i had no personal credit card and no checking and the guy from india hung up on me

I received a call that I was approved for a credit limit for 7500. and 3.97 activation, i dont even remember applying so i told them that I did not have my credit card on me and she said she will call me back tomorrow...I have not a clue about who these people are........

I'm sick of them calling. 4th time in a matter of a week. Picked up twice and they just hung up. What's the deal? If you want to sell me something then try it, if not STOP CALLING ME!

They have called me like 4 times in the last 2 days and as late as 8:50 at night.  I don't answer numbers I don't know and they never leave a message.

Called a couple of times n no one spoke...thn finally Called and askd for my husband...but left no message...annoyin calls

Received a call, however it took the rep. about 2 minutes to say who he was and who he was with.  Must be a company that calls for other companies and they need to know the reason why they are calling.  Any ways, he says he is from the Lean Mean Green (something) and I laughed.  The problem is this is my personal cell phone and I NEVER authorized this joker to call me, so I told him to remove me from his list and hung up.

called me first time today, ive never signe dup for anything, and this is my personal cell phone number. dont know why they called, when i called it back to see who it was i was just transferred to a rep and asked to hold by a machine. figured it was charging me a lot of money y the minute so i hung up. no idea who it is.

This company sells a green tea weight loss product- complete scam.  They told me that I visited their website and I have no idea how they got my cell phone number and they won't stop calling me while I'm at work.  I told them to take me off of their list and they still won't stop calling.  Isn't this illegal?
