The guy talked so fast we couldn't understand what he said.  When we called the number from a different line, the guy was extremely rude, would not spell the name of the firm nor give it's location.  This appears to be some kind of hoax.  The name they say sounds Fell-Zone.

The guy left a message saying his name was Investigator Paul Angelo representing law firm Frank Falzon.  said reference online fraud application investigation.

I called the number back and they claimed to be a law firm, specifically Frank Falzone, hired by a Mr. Rice (?) and were calling for another individual who lived with me previously and asked questions about whether this person has been on parole or in jail recently or had been known to be involved in wire fraud(!)

They called once and left a message, my mother called them back to tell them I no longer live with my parents, and when they said what law firm they were with she could not understand, so she asked them to repeat it after they asked questions about me being convicted of a felony and stuff.  She asked why they would be asking that and what kind of law suit or thing was this, they then just mumbled something and hung up the phone.

Inspector Simpson called me from this number and told me to call back to avoid further legal action. I called back and left a message, but the office was closed for the day.

Someone from this number called my parents, my in-laws and even my brother in law.  I have no idea what they want, I tried to call and they were extremely rude and hung up on me.  I think it must be some sort of scam.

Got a call from a (716) number but they left this as the return number. Definitely a scam.

Same as everyone else has said- a Todd Simpson called & left a voicemail, saying he was with Attorney Frank Falzone. The area code is a NY # (I live in MN)and they give (888)248-1462 as a callback #. They asked for my mom. I have an out of state cell. How would they get this information?

This place called my father saying they were looking for me about a case. It was a case of cease and desist. No further information was provided. I have not received a call back since then. Looks a bit like a phishing scam.

My mom received a call from Frank Herzburger and he claims to be a Senior Partner with Frank Falzone, Law Firm in NY.  He called fr 716-558-7626 and a return call to 888-248-1462.  I did a reverse lookup of the 716 ph# and found that it is unlisted.

I received a call from "Atty Frank Falzone's office" regarding my daughter.  They had her social security number and my phone number and address.  They also called my son and knew his home address, as well.
