A Mrs  Toler with Vision Asset left a voicemail.  Stated she was processing a 'complaint' and my name was part of it and for me to call her.

This seems to be the new 'collection' idea, 2nd time a bill collector has called and told me I was part of a complaint they were investigating.

(SCAMMERS)   If you get a call from these (low life bottom feeders) the best thing to do is get a recorded copy of the message and take it to your local police department and have them return the call for you.. I guarantee they will never call again. Oh inform the officer they are under investigation by the F.C.C. .... (they are peaces of shite!) scaring old Lady"s out of there social security checks..........          DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION     ;^{(>

YES< we can all pay our bills and should....some people do not have the 'means' to do so.......
Ms. Toller stated that it was personal matter against me.  Well I take my lifeline in world very serious.  And I am working on it.
