who is this , and why do they keep calling? when I call it back, it's a fax machine squealing.

this number call my house yesterday 6 times in one and half hours.  left no message.

they call 3-4 times a day.  leave messages, hang up when I answer.  I finally got through.  they asked my son was planning on taking tests and when I told them how frustrated with them, they told me to get a life and hung up.

got a call tonight, asked if they could speak to "sarah's mom or dad" when i said they were not available and offered to take a message, they hung up on me. i called them back and also got a fax machine. it is very annoying

Called to sell a cdrom to prepare for sat, psat and act.  Asked for credit card information.  When asked for a website, she hung up on me.

Today is the first time this number has called my house. I am also on the Do Not Call registry. A woman called who knew my son's first name and that he was in high school. When told that I was his father, she began a sales pitch regarding a computer program promising a 200 point increase on his SAT score. I said he wasn't home, so I couldn't even verify that he had even requested this. She said that it might have been a long time ago and he probably forgot about it anyway, but if I cared about his educational future, he would definitely need this. She claimed that I would have to pay her the $189.00 ($193 with shipping) over the phone today only because she wouldn't have time to call later, and if I ordered it online it would cost over $300. She also mentioned a one month FREE membership to some scholarship search service. "Then there's a monthly charge?" I asked. Yeah, $54 or something like that, billed to the same credit card used to order the software, but of course I'd be free to cancel anytime I wished. Uh-huh. She refused to give me a website address for her company (if I decided I wanted to pay $300 for it later on) or a callback number. I kept her talking in circles for a long time because I thought it was funny, but when I asked her for the name of her company again and the name of the program she was trying to sell me, so I could Google it and see what other people thought of it, she got defensive and hung up.

Calls every 15 minutes.

They called my house and asked to speak with my parents. They knew my name some how. I told them they were busy and they said they would call back later. I don't get how they got my name. I called the number back and it was a fax connection dial tone. It is creepy.

We got the same call, twice, today. We didn't get very far, so I didn't actually know what he was looking for. I google'd the number and found out why he called. We also haved a daughter taking SATs, so I am now certain what he was up to.

GOT HANG UP CALL FROM THIS NUMBER.

They have called us about 6 times and kept hanging up, when they finally said something asking for my daughter and her parents, i asked who it was and they hung up.

This is a company selling support software to parents trying to raise their child's standardized test scores.  They are rude jerks.

Man called with son's first name. Wanted to know about online ACT tutorial.  Wanted to know if he would take test again.

Just got a call from this number.
The man on the other line belched in my ear then asked to speak with my parents.
I told him they weren't available and he yelled at me that he would "CALL BACK LATER".
What was it?

THIS IS NOT A COMPANY SELLING SOFTWARE.
DO NOT GIVE OUT CREDIT CARD INFORMATION UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
THEY CALLED AND ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE MOTHER OR FATHER OF [my name]. I replied by saying they were in a meeting. They said they would call back later. I asked to take a message and they hung up.

They arent just rude jerks they are theives
