I have received 50 calls from this number within 5 days. It's ridiculous!

It's Bank of America's mortgage company.

This number calls everyday.  Registered on DNCL!

It's NOT Bank of America. They were calling me 6-8 times a day, never left a message. I called the 888-265-3609 number to ask to be removed from their list, since I do not own a home, let alone have a home loan. They refused to stop calling me unless I gave them my name, phone number, address, and bank account number.  That, on top of everything else, was highly suspicious, and I refused to give them any personal information.

IT IS A SCAM.  

I called Bank of America's main customer service line, gave them the number, and it is NOT a legitimate part of Bank of America.  I also called my wireless provider and had the number blocked. I am reporting them to the police. I suggest you do the same.

Got three calls from this number today, but I do believe this is actually Bank of America. I had started filling out a form earlier today on refinancing, and I added my cell number, and not long after I did this, I received these calls, so I would say it's definitely Bank of America.

I think it is BOA.  I did an app online and used my cell number and 2 hours later, I get this number on my id.  Why they dont leave a message I will never know.

I agree. I think it is BOA because I, too, started filling out an online refinance loan form, which I did not submit, only an hour or so before I got the call. I did not answer the call and they left no message. Now I know.

Yeah. I believe it is BOFA. Starting the process on Refi and they called, no message, about an hour after I submitted the online forms.

I filled out an online rate tracker @ the BofA website and got a call within minutes.

They have called me 20 times. They never leave a message, but if I call the number back an automated voice says that it is BOA mortgage company. I have successfully answered twice and they have asked me if I am Guadalupe. Um no. I can't fathom what their purpose is because even when they get me on the phone and I say I am not Guadalupe, they hang up on me!

Nothing to worry about guys.  Definitely bank of america mortgage group.  I completed an application this morning and they called me from this number.

I am 17.. don't have any account with Bank of America, nor any credit cards/debt cards, I don't own a car or have any loans.. and this number calls about 5-6 times a day without leaving a message. I have no idea how they got my number? On my voicemail it definetely says my full name, so why would they keep calling if it's obviously a wrong number?

Same here, its bank of america. I completed the online prequal app for a home loan and within an hour I had 2 missed calls from them.

Maybe someone is trying to apply for a loan in your name. I would def look into it.
