Scammers Phishing on Craigslist and other job sites.

I got a suspicious text from them as well. Apparently, they use your first name to disarm you and ask you a bunch of BS questions. Bottom line, they are not the employer and most likely phishing on Craigslist ( a scammer's paradise) . I did speak with them and only answered a few questions.

The creepy thing is that they have all of my information on their data base. I checked out their address from the email and the directory doesn't list them.

Here is the email I got from them:
Thank you for speaking with one of our verification specialists. All of your information is entered into our system and has been verified. To finalize your application, please proceed to the Employer Network site through the following link and enter your username and password.

E mployer-Networ k.com

Usern ame: (My email)
Passwo rd: (my last name)

Once you’re logged on to the site you will not only see the information for the job you’ve applied for, but also for additional jobs within the same field that may also interest you. To apply for any of them, just click the corresponding link.

Apparently they are well known scammers with an endless trail of BS websites and have been around awhile.
