I called the number back and they are called PR and Associates.
I am heavily in debt, so it's probably a collection agency or law firm.

They call threatening to turn a case over to turn over yo a lawyer. I told him go go right a head

Left a strange Message and did not identify themselves.

These scum suckers are getting on my nerves.  I am so over these scam artists.  GET A REAL JOB!  Stop trying to harrass and scare people who go to work everyday and work hard for their money.  

Called my cell, then my work phone - going to serve a summons on me over fraud.  Called back on 213-337-0014 - MCI ITSS TELESY is what showed up my my caller ID

This company is a rip off, scam artist.  They are trying to frighten people into paying off non-existant debts, either for themselves or a relative.  Ignore them.  Better yet, add them to your Call Blocking list.

Kept calling day after day, so I finally picked up to try to end the calls. They asked if I was some random name that I couldn't understand, so I press "2" for no. Was finally connected to a representative, who asked for a case number that I've never been given. He said that the only way to stop the phone calls was to be able to provide a case number or give the name. I said to him "so, I'm basically f***ed because you never give a case number, and I cannot understand the foreign name that the electronic message gives?" He simply replied yes. Add to reject list.

This P&R Associates are fraud I made a misstakeb and paid them off and they gave my information to another company name loan yes.com, now they are calling with another loan to collect for. Played the fool once will not again.

this number called and saying they will turn over the matter to a law office if i don't call back and resolve the matter to them. they never give any clear detail on what the case is and who to contact to.

They called stating I owe for a unpaid payday loan which has been paid off in 2008.

they called my mom and said that they were going to take me to court. He said I owed money that I do not owe. check samething. calling a lawyer

I assume these guys are debt collectors, they called me from a local number with a recorded threat of legal action, saying press 1 to talk to an agent (no thx) or call 888-295-3814. I only have debt to one company (thanks to my sister stealing my identity) and it is already very old, I assume this must have been about that. I assume they buy debt for pennies on the dollar, usually if you avoid these types they eventually disappear and sell your debt to someone else.

Just got a call from them.  Number said unknown.  They were calling about a debt that was in a pre lawyer state and threatening to take legal action.  I told them i would call them back.

My son's ex-wife stole his identity while he was in Iraq and ran up about $12,000 in payday loans. Unfortunately, she used my cell number as a contact number.  The last laugh was on her.  She is in and out of jail.  He has discharged and is doing well.  Although he had to hire a lawyer to help him with all of the debt she ran up.  He finally got it all paid off... and is now working on rebuilding his creditworthiness.  However, the scam calls are coming in where these losers have picked up OLD debts and are attempting to collect on them.  This number 888-295-3814 is just one of them.  We're also getting calls from the law office of Daniel Slane... and another one from some chick who says her name as Sarah Waters.... does anybody recognize that name.  Sarah Waters is the character Julia Roberts play in the movie Sleeping With The Enemy.
