I got a call from one of their representatives that was a little abrubt, but not really crossing any line. I ignored the call, as the issue it's regarding was solved months ago, but today got two calls. In the first he acted very surly and as if I owed him money, and the second was deleted without even one listen.

Well--these idiots call and leave a call back number, then when you try to call it, it refers you to another number.
These people are scum and  not reputable if they can not be up front and say who they are.
The call I got was because they are looking for someone who use to live at this address.  I was willing to give them the correct information, but not now.
They can call all they want and they will not get any info from me.

Received a call from 888-298-7107 and the person who called was very unpleasant. His skills are horrible. He needs to understand that he is
talking to people on the other side of the line.

I got a call a while ago and the guy started screaming at me! I was a little snotty at first because he was demanding my name... At first he asked for my husband, but once he realized he was only going to get to talk to me, he became very irrate, and litterally yelled at me... he said [yelling] "well I guess you don't care about your husband's credit, because it's about to be ruined!... why would you care, it's not YOUR credit..." then when I said of course I care, and it is too my problem as well... as I AM MARRIED TO THE GUY...

VERY RUDE AND UNPROFFESSIONAL!! I actually started crying after the call...

I get calls twice a day from these people. I now tell them that the call may be recorded for training and they refuse to talk to me.

I started this after taking the time to explain my situation and having them tell me I was a bum and a deadbeat.

What I am is a 100% disabled war veteran whose disability caught up to.
and if not for my disability check would be in the street with nothing

    Not Michael
Got a call from Creditors Financial asking for someone named Michael.  Based on these comments I won't even bother to call them back and let them know they have the wrong number.

    Not the one they want
Not Michael, I feel your pain, and no, it doesn't do any good. These people have been calling my cell phone for months now, sometimes up to three times a day. (This started out of the blue. I've had this number for a decade and never had a problem before.) I used to let it go to voicemail and they'd leave a message for the name of a person I've never heard of. Finally one day I answered it and told them they had the wrong number. They kept calling back and I repeatedly told them WRONG NUMBER. Then one night I was so sick of it (eating my cell phone minutes among other things) that I told the guy that if he called again I would report him for harrassment. He was really snotty and you could tell he had an attitude, but when I hung up on him I figured it was done. Not so. He called tonight AGAIN and asked for that same person. I told him I was reporting him, but I won't be surprised if he calls again.

I get calls from these people upwards of 10 times a day.  The last time I accidentally picked up, I was going to take a message for myself...(whatever works right?) and the guy asked if it was me and I said yes but you will have to call back later, he then proceeded to tell me no I will not call back later, you have to take care of this right now or else.  I told him I was at work and if he wanted to get in touch with me after normal business hours I would be happy (not really) to discuss the matter with him.  This guy started yelling at me saying if I didnt take tcare of this now (at which point I told said back while he was talking that I would not work with someone who speaks to me like a child and I hung up on him)  These people are ruthless...I admit, yes I have debt, and yes I am trying to work it out, but I dont see the point of berating someone for 700 dollars when they dont even have 20 in their bank account...[***]...

Still Not Michael and Now Not Mathew
Un-fracking-believable.  Last month these people called my house looking for "Michael".  Yesterday they called asking for "Mathew".

What a bunch of idgits.  I think they either dial phone numbers at random or have a bug in their speed dial program.

BEWARE:  This is a collection company that has stooped to a new LOW by calling me because they were trying to reach my neighbor! They were pretending that my neighbors phone is not properly working. They will ask you you deliver a message & phone number to your own neighbor, getting you to do their collections work for them!

CALL THEM BACK, and ask to talk to a manager, they will remove you from any future calls instantly!

They called and asked for Gerald, but there is no Gerald at this number. I started asking them if they would take me off the calling list but they had already hung up before I could finish.

    Law Breakers...
They call in the morning before 9am and violate the collection laws constantly. Earliest call was received was 6:30 am. Seriously collectors, pissing people off to no end makes them develop a F you attitude making them not want to pay up… Just a thought.

I have received 2 calls from this number in 2 weeks.  Both messages were very strange stating that they were told by someone else that they "could get me a message if they needed her to".  Yes, that's what they said.  The grammar doesn't even make since so how legit could the call possibly be?  The individual leaving the message names an old girlfriend of mine that I have not seen since Clinton's first term as President.  I finally called them back but was forced to leave a message.  I told them that if they call back that they must leave significant detail next time.  With more detail I can better get the Better Business Bureau or an attorney involved.

Got a call from this company for the first time today.  It looks as if we are going to have a lot of abuse to look forward to.  We don't owe money but have a common name and get calls all the time.  (We get calls all the time looking for other people.)  What credit card company (companies) do they purchase information from?  Isn't it against the law to leave a message in a "person's" name?  They left a message for the same name but wrong person.  We would be embarassed if someone else heard it.

    Tired of being harrassed
Have had a handful of calls over an approximate 6 month period. Including one that read "unknown"  I have learned to ignore them and any other unknown # that calls my phone.  Within two call conversations my name was known (not pronounced correctly), there was reference to an incorrect last 4 digit SS # and incorrect address, same information both calls.  They obviously got the wrong person but would not admit to it!  I did not offer any correct information and I have not had any credit issues! I now ensure I receive my free credit reports yearly to check for accuracy!
