I got a call from a private # and he [Victor Romero] left a message with the 888# and a "file number" stating he will summon me today and I called the number, he said the file was from National PayDay Loan and it was for $900 which is first off crazy but 2nd of all I never heard of them. And he said they can settle it today for a payment of $300 or at least of $150. I told him no and he just said ok you will be summoned today or he will come to my job and summon me. So I guess I will wait and see. But as far as I can see it's a scam. I'll update later if
