Requests to cease calls are most effectively processed when the subject line of the e-mail contains a simple note (e.g. “Stop Calling” or “Unwanted Calls”) along with the phone number at which the calls have been received.

Keep's calling how many hour's of the day, finally answered ask for someone who does'nt live here. I hope they will stop calling.

The last three days I received one call per day (afternoon - early evening) from this number.  I never answers it.  

TIPS: Put these spam calls under "Spam" in your address book.

Never heard of these people, and they continue to call my private emergency number. They will not go away. Identifies himself as Tom Galt.

Just recieved 9th call from this number with no message on my cell phone.  They are becomming annoying pests.  If they thought they could sue me, they would have by now, but nothing is in my name. Good luck collecting.

If you are having problems with these guys you need to go to the Federal Trade Commission's website (ftc.gov) and file a complaint there. It sounds like they are in violation of the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act which can be found at: ftc.gov. If you talk to these people again make sure you get their name, name of their company and date and time of call. Then tell them that you are going to file a complaint with the FTC if they don't back off.

this number has called me asking for a jennifer and saying that she needs to call them immediatly and that there are important people calling for her. weird. also they call me all the time and it gets quite annoying!

You need to send them a legally binding Cease and Desist letter, they are required to comply by section 805 of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Sign and mail it to them, if you're crafty you'll be able to get the fax number from them in conversation.  Send them a settlement offer of 40% of your balance and stick to it, keep sending it until they accept.

I got a call from a friend of mine that actually got a call on his cell phone from a Leah who was looking for me. Wow!

Its because of people who buy and dont pay the rest of us get these assenine calls, grow up,pay your bills

I just dont have time to keep talking to them... the first 14 times i talked to them, I was clear enough to let them know that I do not owe them anything.  By the way, most of us losers know how to type and use proper grammar, you on the other hand...
