This is a florist directory. They have called me every single day for the past 6 days asking for a woman who doesn't even live at my address and doesn't use my phone number. They keep calling back every time a different person and I tell them all she doesn't live here. They also say the call is being monitored at the end of the call, not before an operator answers.

I got a call from this number (no message left) and called it back.  It is Citizens Bank, whom I have a car loan through.

Erica is correct, it is Citizens Bank.  They'll call you 5 times a day for being 1 day late on your mailed in payment.

They have called twice today for my son. He has a car loan through Citizens Auto Financial. He has always been within the grace period. I think these people exist to make your life miserable.

i have an auto loan through citizens bank, and get harassed monthly by these people. i never again will have a vehicle financed through these people, they are rude, have no inter office communication, and are very unprofessional.

This is the consumer counseling center for Citizens. After many calls asking for another family member (who doesn;t live here or have this phone number), I called them. Very rude and hung up on me so my suspicions were raised after googling this number. I called the local Citizens office who called the number and confirmed it is Citizens, it is legit, and they are the consumer counseling center. Now what the call is about I don't know since "it was personal"  Maybe they want the business back since the loan was paid off last month!

I continue to get these calls when my payment is one day late.  A few months ago I finally answered the phone because I couldn't stand the ringing anymore - I was 3 days late, within my grace period.  The lady was very rude and wanted to know "exactly why I was late" - what my excuse was, and re-verified my address.  I asked her why she wanted to re-verify my address, was she coming to repossess my car??  She said it was standard procedure for anyone who was 3+ days late.  They NEVER leave a message and are [***] in my opinion so now I just don't answer when I see the number.

They call my cell every day a few times and I don't even do business with them! I had this phone for 2 to 3 years and they are calling for some woman I do not know.

This company calls me and my wife several times a day.  We have a car loan through them and have never even been one day late on payments.  They usually don't leave a message, but actually called my work phone today and left a message just asking me to call, but not saying why.  It's very annoying.  I don't feel I should have to use my time (or my minutes) to call them back when they won't say why they are calling and I know we are on time with payments.  My wife is going to call the main number on our paperwork and complain about the harassment.

They called and hung up on our POB, so I returned the favor.
