Yep - every day, several times a day.  They've been calling our office for a few weeks now.  I never answer and they never leave a message.

I just got a call from 888 309-4712. didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.

Access Payments - they broker better rates for POS payments...do your research and make sure Moneris or your merchant supplier provides the best rates. Access claims thatt Moneris should have passed on a discount. Am looking into it now but will likely not change from Moneris.

Very noisy background to the call but it appeared to be from Access Payments. Wanted to sell me a credit card terminal. When I said that we do not use a terminal because all our invoicing is online he said he can help reduce our rates and wanted to know the discount rate and fees we currently pay to our credit card processor. I refused to provide that information to an unknown caller. We never do business with telemarketers. Access Payments appears to be located in Colorado. We are in Canada.

Got this hang up call many times; I finally called it back after reading about it here.  It is indeed BGE Peak Rewards Program and they do want to sell you the ability for them to remotely control your thermostat.  When I called I was on hold for about 5 minutes but finally got thru to a very helpful person who claimed to take my telephone and address off their list.  This representative also mentioned that BGE is getting man complaints about the calls.  So if this type of bad behavior is bugging you, call them and tell them so!

888-309-4712 called me wanting to offer better rates than Moneris. Wanted account information off  my Moneris statement, of course I refused. I requested web site information which I recieved. It is not Access Payments it is Axxess Payments. I stated if I was interested I would call them. 2 days later I recieved another call, they go on and on and on. I refused to give any information, asked them to not call again. The next day I recieved 4 calls, I demanded they never use my number again, they called back, I asked for a supervisor, stated that I would contact authorities regarding the harrassment. I was put through to a so called supervisor. I had to get really angry to get these guys off my back. I stated that if they were a legitimate business they would never harass their customers - that seemed to end it...hopefully. Today I have recieved 2 calls from 905-905-7888 call and hang up.

Got a call from them. Knew it was a call centre. Just transferred the call back to their own toll free number.

they call every day on my cell. If I answer, it costs me money. Thank goodness for caller display.

New hand held office phones from Panasonic allow you to block unwanted phone numbers, after you get a telemarketer press "save" and then "block" then next time they call, they get a busy signal, works fantastic !!

Brillant. Thanks for that tip with the Panasonic phone. I will have to do that with the other offending calls as well.

These [***] call constantly and are rude and demanding and refuse to say where they are calling from.
It is my job as office manager to find out who is calling my boss,when I ask them who they are they just keep repeating my bosses name and demanding to speak to him and they deny ever having called before when they have called hundreds of times. This to me is harassment no doubt about it,my boss has taken calls from them numerous times and asked them not to call him again and they will not stop!

I've been getting phone calls from this 888-309-4712 number, too. Really annoying. Did research on which models available at Costco Canada with block feature, I'm getting the KX-TG4133 CA$119 which is the cheapest with this feature. Hope it works.

Just did the block on this one!!  They are SOOOO annoying.  Call several times a day never leave a message and call at all hours.  Disgusting and should not be allowed!!!  If we all block ALL these annoying calls regardless of the number they will eventually run out of numbers...............!

Received 2 to 4 calls per day from this number. Finally got through to a person this morning and said in very straight tone that the calls had to stop. The person (Trudy, I think) then asked what my business telephone number was. I told her that the number is residential. She said they would delete the number and hung up. I am quite sure the calls will continue. To anyone thinking of dealing with Axxess Payments, ask yourself one question... "Is this good business conduct?"

Called AGAIN - left hangup message, this has been added to our block list.

Still calling us everyday several times a day it is driving me crazy why can the phone company that we pay good money to not do something about stopping this insanity, people are trying to live their lives and conduct business and have to put up with these [***] each and every day, it is surely defined as harassment. I am so sick of it I am about ready to scream and the fact that they think they have the right to be so rude to a person that they are calling, who does not even want them to be calling! Get rid of these scum bags, for the love of god some one do something!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

do  not answer this number. If only there was a way we could inconvenience these [***], maybe they'd stop with the unwanted calls. Called me 3 times today.

Calls multiple times a day without leaving a message and no Caller ID

I NEED THESE PEOPLE TO STOP CALLING. THEY CALL SEVERAL TIME A DAY AND IT'S DIFFERENT PEOPLE. THEY SAY IT'S REGARDING MERCHANDISING. THEY WANT TO TALK TO THE PERSON WHO IS NOT ON SITE. THEY WILL NOT LEAVE A MESSAGE AS I AM NOT GOING TO GIVE OUT HIS NUMBER.
