Called and left message for my son that they were a process server and if not contacted they would send officer to his home or work.  He hasnt lived with me in 6 years.

Scammers...They call trying to threaten you with legal action or wage garnishment.  They are just trying to get your personal information.  Ignore them, or verbally abuse them and their mothers over the phone..whichever is more fun.

Oh, also, these same criminals are visiting these web sites and posting comments trying to make themselves sound legitimate.  Don't let them fool you!

I checked these guys out - they are all over the pacer court system.They are process servers who serve nationwide. If you have contact with these guys its likely for child support. That's what the majority of the cases are for. The remainder are for cases involving debt. They are used by a lot of the major banks.

Called and left message that if I did not return call in 3 hours they would send Deputy with summons.  Looking forward to it, we've got some great deputy's.  :)

You couldn't possibly "know" what you claim to know about them, from just "checking them out".

Shill post crafted to project the impression they want to make: that they are "legitimate", that their "debts" are real, and that when they call you are being "sued".

They left messages on my cell number; and now Eric is leaving messages on my work number.  He is treatening to send a uniform constable to my job to serve me.  Well I am ready; and, I won't be signing any documents that are definitely a scam.  Also; I tried calling Eric back; but, I get no answer; just a voice mail saying "You've reached the corporate office"

Got some message about dispatching uniformed officers to serve me.  But I was only given a 2 hour "window of opportunity" hahaha

I guess even these idiots need jobs too huh?

I am too getting calls from this place. They are saying I am being sued that they need my address to issue me a summons. Now the wierd part, I actually DID get a call from the Sheriff at the local court house about this summons. Now I am not sure if this is a continuation on this scam, because I know you can use a Phone spoof to call me. I told this so-called-sheriff if he wants me, come and find me. I have not heard back in 2 days now.

i got a call from this number yersterday. told to call back within 2hrs and ask for dean. if i didn't they would send out a sheriff to summons me. i called them back and asked what this was about. they said i have three credit cards through hsbc that totalled about 10,000.00. they wanted me to pay now and they would not allow a pmnt plan. but i could split the payments up into 2 pmnts. i was still unable to pay that amount. so they are sending a sheriff to summons me. however this was suppose to happen yesterday. they also said that they were coming to my work which was very strange is that to be more of a threat than coming to my house? i pulled my credit and this company is not showing up as they pulled my credit. also the amount that they gave me that totaled my cc was not even the same amount that was on my credit report. some thing smells very fishy with this.

nope, nothing showed on my credit report either my friend. I believe its a scam.

OH!! Call your local court house in your county and see if you have any pending lawsuits against you, that will tell you if its real. I have none on me, so I am sure you don't as well
