I just got the same call. . I didn't answer..who knows??? I pay my CC every month on time and in its entirety.

Similar to previous reports, they left a message on my voicemail to call back for an "important message". I did attempt on two occasions, it went to an automated message; "all our representatives are busy, please stay on the line for the next available agent." and I remained on hold for over ten minutes. Now that I've read the above, I won't bother again. Not sure what they want, and I don't care.

This company is from what I can tell skirting the law. I claimed bankruptcy in 1995-6. They harassed me for months till it finally made it to the lawyers, so i faxed the bankruptcy papers to them in 2005. I asked for an address so I could send a certified letter to them, they refused to give it. The messages are never legible other than the phone number. So, now it is 2007 and they are starting to harass me again. I think it is time to talk with a lawyer. Be careful of these folks, they are playing both sides. I think they have lawyers that will defend you from them - for a price so that they get their money.

A call was received on my family's phone from a man with an Indian accent, claiming he was David Adams from God Service. Apparently, he was claiming to be a collection agent.

do you know what they are calling for, doing the same to us and harrassing us and they are asking for a person that doesnt live here.

Someone out there who has time to help stop these peoples call J. Mosley at x373 and harrass him all day. It might be your mother or sister he calls next and threatens so give him a call and harrass him like he harrasses innocent people trying to profit. did you see the piece on 20/20 about collectors being trained to threaten, curse, scream at people. Anything to get money out of you so that they make a commission. It does not matter if you owe it or not, if they dont collect then they dont make anything so they do anything. HELP STOP THESE FOLKS BY GIVING THEM A CALL AND BOMBARDING THEIR SYSTEM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

they keep calling mee too. they never leave a message or they hang up. what the He--. I don't have any of these cards or cell phones.

This is Bell Canada Credit and Collections and is legit. If you do not owe them anyhting then they may be trying to contact the previous owner of this number. Thier system is seperate from the other Bell Canada systems and they may not realize the number has already been recycled. Call them and just clear it up and they will stop calling, if you don't they will not know the error and keep calling!

Same story here -- I'm reporting them to the district attorney and going to try to have the number blocked at the phone company.

Yep, called me too. Don't really know why as this is a company cellphone they are calling and it's owned by the company and not me and I doubt, that the company I work for has any collection issues. Go away MOFO's!!!
