this is a bill collector.

I got a call from this number but it was not for me.  Either it was a wrong number, but any way, if legit, they should identify themselves in the voicemail.

It's bill me later and you probably owe them.
Just file bankruptcy like me haha

Scammers pretending to be from Paypal Credit. They say you owe them money, when you don't even have an account.  Rule of thumb: you will usually have statements before it goes to collection.  Also, call the legit paypal phone# direct to verify you don't have anything outstanding 888-221-1161.  Make sure to connect to paypal credit account department.  Also log a complaint with them to make them aware of scammers using their name.

It's a scam, trying to say they're from PayPal,  don't have a PayPal account, trying to say I owe money with them.
