Got a text from 61989021@vtext.com .  Said it was a Wells Fargo notification and left this number to call.

Same, weird that I was on a Bank of America Teller

Received a text from Wells Fargo Notification. Call: (888)344-3841. Text came from 6199851@vtext.com    I don't have any Wells Fargo accounts. I checked online for the number and see it's phishing for information as it's listed with other bank names.

Got a text from 6199851@vtext.com .  Said it was a Wells Fargo notification and left this number to call.  I called, the synthetic voice said press 1 to reactivate my debit card (which I did), then asked me for my 9-digit SS number...No Way!

Got same text from 6199851@vztext.com saying: WellsFargo Notification. Call: (888)344-3841

Just got a text stating Wells Fargo - which I don't have. Based on the comments above,I won't be calling.

got a text from v txt telling me to call 888 344 3841. don't do it, it's a phishing call

I got the same text and called the number and got the same response. Hung up when asked for social. I don't have a texting plan so have to pay for this scam.

Same call asked for personal info.

Got a text from 61989021@vtext.com said U.S. Bank Urgent Notification Call 8883443841....no way

Same message except it identified itself as US Bank.  Asked to entered the social security number. I  dialed 0 (zero) to connect with customer service and it recycled to the same message.
