    They called me to say they closed my credit card due to someone trying to make an unauthorized transaction but they refused to tell me anything about it???? I think I deserve to know what was going on.

    I called PNC customer service dept. got the number off the back of my card.
    I gave them this 888-347-7806 number and they said it is NOT one of their fraud dept numbers.
