Never buy in their offer (they claim from Sprint, but not really, a joke) as they play a lot of tricks. It is an awful post-sale service. The worst customer service I ever received.

This is real a jok! Next time, you should tell them you are AT&T customer, then she will tell you she is customer service manager from AT&T.

do not trust them,they did not in MD,they all in China,they cheat you.
don't provide them your information,es your SSN and credit card.

they are liar! They are 3rd party vendor - anything you got cannot be returned to Sprint and Sprint customer services will not help u!

they called me like a month ago about my tmobile contract. tonight they give me a really good deal oh phones like samsung behold free +100 rebate.. they are calling from 1-443-552-5684 and they are chinese!! i unno where they from. they ask for ssn+dl#+cc# all the stuff i gave them is made up =-) im for sure they fraud

They are fraud groups. they are t-mobil, AT&T, Spring..., They are anything.
Crazy! How come there is no one can suit them?

Unfortunately, I'm a new victim. They use a local phone 301-576-1162 to sell the sprint plan. And when I'm not vigilant to them any more, they called me through 1-888-361-1962 to confirm all the info. This is a loophole. If we can't help ourselves so far, at least we can do something. Acctually, their company is in Dongguan, Guangdong China.All the CS people are Chinese. Let's do something for ourselves now. If you have time, please keep calling 1-888-361-1962. Make their line busy. You could use free internet call or some public phone if you don't want them see your number. They must pay for every call we made. Just keep calling and hang up. I already filed claim to state attorney general. Let's do it together.

They have another service line: 1-866-868-1688 (not 1-866-868-8880), maybe have more numbers.
