A man name Nathan is repeatedly calling my house every hour asking for my husband. He is rude, leaves no message unless I demand his name. Says he is from the Career Network responding to an online inquiry - but we made no inquiry. I have asked him to stop calling and he won't. This is harassment and I want it to stop.

OMG that just happened to me too. The guy asked for my 2 year old son and that he was calling because he sent an email to them. He is 2 years old! I'm so irritated, I just hope his identiy wasn't stolen.

I came home to 2 messages on my machine asking for Jack, my two year old son. Said they were following up on an email he sent him. Then they called back when we were home and again, asked for Jack. I said, why are you calling for my 2 year old son? Where did you get his name? He stated for me to call the 888-361-6348 number and they could tell me who gave them my son's personal information. I called and they were closed.

How do they get their information. I am scared someone stole my sons identity.

Yep, its a scam.  dude says hes "in training"  looks like he's been in training for  a while now.

I have received 10 phone calls over the last 24 hours of people claiming I filled an application on line for loan consolidation, college loans, and one stating that my car loan was approved.  I did not apply for any such loans.  I am on the national do-not-call list, and I believe this is a way of getting around that.
I want this to stop and have alerted our State Attorney General to what's going on.

Guy called Nathan Rhett keeps calling work number about college classes ... I'm 68 and not a potential student

Same guy called and when he started asking for sensitive information I knew something was up.  I gave him some erroneous address and email.

don't know who is calling me from this number. if i find out any information i will let the people know

same guy called me. i'm 63 and had all of the education i need at this age. I wish that he would stop calling.

Just got a call from Nathan Rhett.  Says he's from the Career Center.  The 888-361-6348 number shows up on BBB website as being located in Utah.

No inquiries were made from me regarding college classes.  Guy did not want to leave a message or his name until I asked directly for it.

If anyone has been receiving calls from so-called "Nathan" lately, I apologize to each and every one of you. Unfortunately, I have been working at the call center "he" calls from, and the truth is, he is a recording. This is not a scam, and you may have released some personal information such as your phone number over the interwebs. However, the leads we get are preposterous. Most likely the form you filled out was not for online college classes, but probably for something else. The majority of people I call don't remember filling it out, and I suspect some people didn't fill out anything; someone just used their name and phone number. Either way, it is not a scam, and we really do match people up with online colleges. I despise this job and such a ruthless industry, and I am very sorry if you get calls from "Nathan."

My suggestion for you is to have him put your number on the Do Not Call list. If he calls you again, whichever company you receive the call from will owe you money.

Heather is right.  It's just a call center.  Not a scam.  If you don't want to be called, please request to be put on the do not call list.  If they don't comply, you can take legal action.

Yes these people will not stop calling my cell number, it is registered on DO NOT CALL list they wont stop calls all over the United States and this all started with "Nathan" I told them remove my number now they calling one after another private number or unknown....

This is from a caller called Career Institute, the company name is Education Match. They are all called Nathan.
The woman at the above number doesn't even know at what physical address she works.

This person is not a live agent and says he is, it may be a legit service or whatever but the agent is not real.

Yea, that dang nathen. He never gets me any sales! hahahaha. But i feel bad because he has to deal with ALOT of [***] all day. Especially with people who don't have any phone manners! Cough cough^^^^ all the people on this blog who has nothing better that to [***] about a dude who is doing his job. So yea, he can be rude when he is dealing with a bunch of rude [***] on the phone lol. Get a life people.

BTW its not a scam lol Plus maybe you guys shouldn't fill out forms on the internet and put your phone number on it. Because you WILL get called. And thats YOUR fault not theirs. If you don't like those kind of calls, THEN KEEP YOUR PHONE NUMBER TO YOURSELF!! its common sense.

Non Profit and political organizations are expempt from the national DNC list. So putting your number on the national do not call list will not stop these two organizations from still calling.
It actually says that when you go to put your name on that list. Maybe you should read everything before you fill anything out lol haha
