BILL ME LATER CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Frequent and harrassing calls from this number regarding a "Bill Me Later" account allegedly belonging to me -- not so!

They call me and hang up when I answer.

this number keeps calling,waking me up at 8.15 every morning,caller id shows paypal credit is calling
i don't have paypal.make them stop calling please.

Wants money for credit cards that I have been current on for 5+ years and a vet bill for a dog that isn't mine

This caller also frequently calls at 8:15-8:20 am. By law, any calls of this nature are NOT supposed  to call before 9am.
Have no idea if it is a telemarketer or bill collector for someone who used to live with me.

Calls before 8:30 am and up to 8:50 pm. have no idea who is calling, always a hang-up.

Iv tried blocking this number but still every morning at 8:30 for the past week the person keeps calling me and it comes up as bill me later ,i dont have a paypal account or a bill me layer account

One of the worst violaters of Federal LAW IN Violation Fair Creditors ACT,call 5-6 times  day real early or real late,this company is deep trouble with DOJ,USAG,FCC and FTC.They use a few hundred different call centers a few hundred area codes and phone numbers and people do not speak english,making it harder to understand anything they say.
