This is from Centegra Hospital.  I have a balance due that I make a payment  on every month.  Why do they hang up on me when I say "hello"?

This is the billing dept. at Centegra Hospital in McHenry IL.  I owe then about $200.  I made arrangements to make a payment every month which I have done.  They continue to call all the time.  It is so annoying that I cancelled surgery I had scheduled there and found a doctor on staff at another hospital!

I sure am glad for this website!  I was going to ignore the call, but I'm glad I didn't.  They were quite friendly, and I was able to settle with them.

Are you sure it is Centegra Billing?  The business office at Centegra hospital in McHenry knew nothing of this number saying 815.338.2544 is their billing department.

This number 888-400-5722 is Cindy Centegra. It is an automated caller attempting to collect on a bill for Centegra Hospital in McHenry, IL. We have a bill with them, we make monthly payments for it. I get 3-4 calls a day. I am fighting stage 3 breast cancer. 4 1/2 months of Chemo, 5 weeks of daily radiation which I am undergoing now. My nurse said she would have these harassing calls stopped, but that was a week ago, and we are still receiving these calls. On our home phone, and my cell phone. It is difficult to concentrate to begin with, but when you're at work and you are getting these distracting calls that hang up on you as soon as you answer, it's enough to put your mind in a tail spin. Apparently, once you start payments, there is no way for them to stop their automated phone calls. If the cancer doesn't kill me, the harassment will.

I don't answer calls and numbers I don't know, but information on this website was helpful...no message left either....

FYI, I still get several daily voice mails to my cell phone from Cindy Centegra Billing Office. Now the number is 888-400-5722!
