ACI, a collection agency.

They keep calling me on my personal cell phone on a debt owed to a bank by a company (incorporated!) that I used to work for as GM (I was authorized to sign checks). I informed them that I had quit the company in mid-2008 and asked them to not call me anymore. They contend that they can keep calling me until the company's debt is paid. I asked them for their mailing address so I could send a cease and desist letter by certified mail. The agent transferred me to his supervisor who refused to give me the address, claiming that all he had to provide to me legally was their fax number.

Wrong! They are so full of it! I'm filing a complaint with my State Attorney General.

These people have been calling our house for well over a year and I keep telling them that they have the wrong person.(it's a very common name) At one point they gave me the persons last 4 digits of the social security number and the amount that they are trying to collect. About $4200.00.

Any legitimate company would contact you by mail when they could not reach you by phone. They wouldn't keep calling for over a year.

Keep Getting Phone Calls From ACI For The Last Six Mo. Wrong person no one lives here by that name, keep telling them the same thing over and over again. Called ACI on 12-16-09, And Stated that if they don,t stop calling me i will file charges on their company. Mad As Hell! Not Going Too Take Anymore.To Much Stress!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
