says they are from Nationwise - calling for someone else they won't sat what for

they claim they are a collection agency. very rude. you have to be rude with them so they will stay away . although they are harassing me, they claim iam threatening them, which is absolutely a lie.

I spoke with a Richard Anthony who thought it was funny to sing the "check cashing" song and laugh at me! I called the day prior to the amount coming out of my account because I realized that I was going to need those funds to move into my new place. I spoke to a Ms. Carry and she said she would try and help me get my dollars back so I wouldn't be homeless! I had to call her back and in the end she said they wouldn't refund my dollars and take the payment on the 5th of Dec. The day prior to the funds coming out I spoke to a Brenden Lee and I told him my situation and he said that he would see what he would do for me and he had also informed me that they may start the litigation preceedings again even though I had no choice and could not make the payment because if so then I was going to be homeless! I believed that they would not take my money but there was a chance that they would start the preceedings again. They took the payment anyway! Richard Anthony was Rude, ignorant and really just and insulent you know what. He talked a lot of nonsense. Richard Anthony kept saying, "the recording, you stated on the recording" which I understood but I explained to him I had unexpected expenses come up and couldn't make the payment that day. He treated me like a schmuck! I spoke to a Kim(female) after the first two individuals pretended to look for Ms Carry for me then hung up when all I wanted to do was speak to someone in charge of the whole operation. I am in the worse situation of my life because Brenden Lee left no notes of our conversation and Richard Anthony thinks it's funny to take peoples money and run. I do understand that I have obligations and so I took the steps to make right with this particular one however, talking down to me and making fun of me and yelling at me, talking over me is unprofessional and ignorant and shou Naturally I was upset and have been taking the appropriate actions. I am homeless as of today and still do not know what I am going to do about my funds getting returned to my account. Getting in contact with the BBB. Also, I recorded the whole conversation on accident but obviously in my favor so I suppose I can use that. These guys are monsters and are not in any way professional despite what Ms. Carry said. These people could have all been using fake names for all I know but when you see this number RECORD YOUR CALLS AS THEY RECORD THEIRS!

a john vick or something like that called me telling me to get a hold of him immediatly, I have gotten many calls from him telling me to have an attorney call or call myself,  First of all they are not even calling from a local number  they are calling out of california  so if there was any legal action they would be in the same state as me  But they are not  do not pay any money over the phone or give them your bank info  until you completely check them out  call the police and report them or call the BBB.  They are just trying to scare you into paying a debt  even if you don't owe one.  they will harrass you and make you feel like dirt which is what they are good at.  Keep in mind that no one can put litigation against you without you giving them the info and why would they be in another state trying to take you to court  Hmmmmm.   there is alot of scams and fraud going around,  if you get payday loans over the internet  expect calls like this alot!!!!!

This damn company keeps calling for me at my work place.  Wont give me any information besides they are from Nationwide DMS.  I informed them that my lawyer will be calling them and filing suit, hopefully this helps.

This company is one of those bottom feeders. Make them send you something in writing.. don't hold your breath it will never come. I was in a really bad place as well and had to default on a loan.. then I found out the place was not even licensed in my state to be giving their overpriced loans! Anyway so this place called me, they say Nationwide like it's an insurance place, but also theycall themselves Nationwide Attorney Services. It is illegal to present yourself as an attorney if you are not.After calling them thinking it was insurance, the [***] argued with me, demeaned me, and finally I told him look I'm telling you right now do not call me again I am logging the calls and I will sue you. You will owe ME 1000.00 for every instance. Well apparently I have to sue them. I have logged when I asked them to stop and they still call. Also I am suing them for misrepresentation. And to 'Kevin' tell your bank you want to dispute that transaction, that it is a fraudulent charge, the bank will give the money back to you while they investigate it. They will have to prove that they have the right to take your money. God I hate these sleezeballs. Look on debtconsolidationcare.com. You will have a real eye-opening! A John Vick keeps calling me from Nationwide DMS.  He leaves a phone number of 888-414-0763.  He calls from several phone numbers including 916-369-6584 and 916-369-6583.  He tells me that he has a "Compliant" forwarded to his office and he intends to pursue it and to have my attorney call him.

These guys keep masking their phone number.  Report them to your state attorney general, send them a validation letter certified mail return receipt requested and also file suit against them in your local small claims court if necessary.  They also tell you that you must call back by a certain time and they can only help you if you call.  

Don't fall for it.

This number calls only my work number 5 times a day.  They will not send me anything in the mail as I requested so that I can have proof I did not take a loan  This is a fraudulant call. I dont owe anybody.  When asked for them to mail my so called loan request, they asked me for my address. HA...if  I took a loan out, dont you think the financial institute would have all my information including home phone #.  They say there are attorneys and if I do not call back by the end of the day I will be served and "god help you" at the end of the messge. Totally amazing. How in the heck can this stop once and for all?

Man named Richard Anthony called 3 times, most recently this morning.. Twice he left voicemails - the first time he said it was urgent I return his call about a very important private matter. Today he said he had left repeated messages for me and was left with no other choice but to start contacting family members to resolve the issue... He had never disclosed "the issue" but mentioned by name the people he would go after, including my ex-wife, my son, and others. I called back, told him I was p'd off and he started right in talking over me telling me I had no right to talk to him like that. When I finally got him to tell me what debt he was referring to, I told him I had discussed that on countless occasions with the lender and other collection agencies and Was Not going to pay it. He laughed and made comments about me - "Christ, you're 60 years old, you probably don't even have a job, do you?", and so on. He told me he couldn't allow me to waste his valuable time so I didn't - I hung up on him and blocked the number on my phone.
The call came through as 916-369-6584 which is cross-referenced to the 888 number above. Very rude and bullying business practice..

Got a call from this number, "Mr. Anthony" desperately was trying to scam us by trying to collect on a debt that has already been paid. I reported it to the FBI, if you get a call from this number do not let up, report it!!! I want these people behind bars, and if they have scammed anyone out of money I want to see them pay every penny back. If anyone has any tips on further action I can take to have them shut down post it here. :)

I have reported them to BBB and the general attorney's office. This started back in October with a Ms. Kerry who called and scared me into making payments. I asked for proof back then never got it. So January came around and i quit paying because I never got proof. Mr. Anthony rudely called me yelling at me, called my mother who I don't live with or have anything to do with telling her about it. He said he is getting this settled today one way or another. I defrauded him by giving him the wrong credit card info, no i blocked it with my bank because you are scamming me sir! He yelled at me for over 15 minutes until i had to yell back to get a word in. I said I wanted proof of the debt, he said pay it and then I will send it. UGH NO! So two days later he EMAILED it to me! Everyone i speak with says it sounds like a scam!

Thanks Kelly, I am determined to shut this scam down, and I want to see them pay back every penny they have stolen from people. I've done some research on this, and we called and scared them by telling them we had reported them (we did too, through the IC3 (internet crime) website) and we are considering starting up a lawsuit if we can. :)

I asked them to send me proof the debt, they sent it to me via email so i have their email. Then they said if i didn't pay them by today they were going to take me to court. So I said ok but I am not giving you my credit card info, so they gave me a wells fargo bank account info to make a deposit into (which i haven't) but wanted all the info I could get on them.

They are still calling me but they have changed their number to 9163696595, so look out for that number to call you. I called them and told them I am aware they are scamming people and they had the nerve to ask me if i was drunk!! Most ridiculous situation ever, I hope they pay for this. I am contacting HSBC tomorrow to let them know that this Nationwide DMS is pretending to represent them and hopefully someone will actually do something about it.

I have been getting calls from Richard Anthony demanding I call my brother because he owes them money. He calls me until 9pm at night. I am now looking into them. I found this website with an address but I am not 100% how acurate it is.

They've been harassing me as well, also calling my work, parents, even my sisters husbands parents. They are rude and keep "threatening" stuff but wont send me any info or talk. I'm in process of talking with both Cal. and OH attorney generals.

Im in the army and John Dick called my command saying that they havea debt sent from another company and that I have to pay them 5,000 dollars by today or they will have the army take money from me and that they pulled my credit report without my permission. What can I do to get these people off my back.

I received a call from a randy saying he eas from nationwide attorney services and had a wage garnishment for me since a judgement had been entered against me. Had my place of work, and said he was working for Triad associates in riverside ca. I looked up the court records in my county (san Diego) and there are no records in my name. Number he called from was 714-586-9954 and the number he towl me to call was 951-530-1436.
Anyone else get this?

I got this same call today same thing but the call was from 951-530-1448 a lady told me to call Bill Windsor at 951-530-1436 about a wage garnishment...
