    they can call you under the do not call law if you get any service from them and list your number.  It could be land line, internet, or cell phone.  It constitutes a prior business relationship and overrides any do not call list.  If you do any business with ATT or subsidaries that is why they are call spamming.  If you don't then they shouldn't bother

    Just AT&T trying to push their crappy U-Verse service. Two of my neighbors ordered it and can't stand it: digital dropouts up the ying yang and crappy sound. They're both canceling it. AT&T has junky products, horrible service and terrible management. How on Earth does it make any money with such inferior product?
