calls often...does not leave a message. We have caller ID, therefore do not answer.

Received the same call from Aetna. It was a recorded interactive call about their diabetes support service. I had just received a mailer from them a few days earlier. I suspect that it is a worthwhile program for both the company and the member since controlling diabetes is fairly easy, and can save huge medical costs long-term by preventing or delaying associated health problems.

It is possible that Aetna may have other non-diabetes programs that use this number.

Thank you...now I know who is calling. It's too bad they don't ID who they are, it would be lots easier!

It seems like I'm getting calls several times a week and because of caller ID I won't answer. I put all unknown numbers into Google,and it'll tell me who is calling.
