I have got a call from 1-888-441-4122 ext 4018 contact who's name is Judy and she wouldn't say why I have to call them back in the message.Anyone has idea who is phone number is this?She said they are calling from Albert,I wonder how did they get my name and phone number? Anyone knows?

Hi guys, this is some kind of debt collection agency for student loans.

This is the debt collection agency NCO Financial Services.  Apparently one of the largest in North America.  From what I've read on the internet they are ruthless, then again what collection agency isn't.

Someone called twice from 888-441-4122 with ext. 5356 (Eva .... didn't catch the last name).  Called the # on the weekend and heard a recorded message stating that it was CIBC NCO Financial Services Company's voice mail... Please leave your name, phone number, alternate phone number, nature of your call and I will return your call.  Wait a minute, "I" will return your call??  This person called twice, saying that was urgent and quoting a case #.  I don't have any outstanding debts, nor do I deal with CIBC or any financial services company.  I smell a scam.  Funny when I did a search on a reverse lookup, there is no business associated with this phone #.  So, I'm ignoring this caller - My spidey senses are tingling that it's not a legitimate caller, especially when they've called a number where I haven't lived at for years.
