Automated system. When hitting "0" to speak with someone, someone comes on, says hello then hangs up.

It is a collection agency. Report them to the FTC and Attorney General's office.

Calls my cell phone, but doesn't leave a message.

Does anyone know who this is a collection agency for?  They call our office ALL DAY and no matter who answers they hang up.

Calls and leaves no message

Just moved and received new phone number 12-28-2011.  This number will not stop calling.  I have had the number blocked.

Calls and leaves no message. Called them back and had my number removed from their system.

America Collect Bureau (888) 454-5482 continuous unwanted calls and harrassment and invasion of privacy. I don't need to talk to them and don't call me.  Don't need them calling for any reason. Don't
know them.

Second call today, eighth this week.  No message left, rings until call goes to voicemail.  Only the number is displayed on caller ID - I do not recognize this number.

Unknown, call at all hours. Don't say who they are or what they are. Will report them to the STATE, FTC, DFI and BBB.  Tried calling this number some guy answered and said "Collections Bureau of America and this call is being recorded. What ever and what ever they think they are.

Calls daily with no message/voicemail left (including Saturdays and Sundays at odd hours).  I am on the Federal Do Not Call List - cease and desist immediately.  Trap/Trace initiated with phone company AGAIN.  To whomever you are, robodialer or person, when my phone provider has enough repeated traces to turn over to law enforcement you are screw-ed.

this people call my number 5 times a day usually 8 morning 11 am 3 pm 5pm and 6 pm .they never leave a message why ???

Have had 6 calls just this day. Have no idea who they are.

Calls often. I owe no debts although this number is a debt collector's.  I am on the no-call list. They call anyway. I do not answer.
