this company is harrassing by impersonating a police agency  or some or high govemental agency by calling themselves commonwealth

This number is calling harrassing me claiming they're from D.O.C. Douglas, Oliver and Clark Law Firm (which appears to not exist). They're saying I'm facing up to one year in jail and a felony charge for writing bad checks and that they're turning me over to my local county court. I contacted my local county court and was advised this is a scam. These people (even if you did have a Pay day loan of some sort) cannot threaten you in this manner. I was advised not to give them any information over the phone. I turned them into Consumer Protection.

I was told on voicemail that this company was working for CTC services and that they were getting ready to file several complaints and violations with the County Clerk's office. I contacted Clerk's office and nothing has been filed or will be filed, they claim these people falsify there statements

I received the same message that Jim did.  This has happened in the past as well.  It used to be a foreign speaking man but this latest call was from an english speaking woman.

they also call me several times.   said i own a past pay day from 2008.  i don't remember but any ways the pay day loan company is out of business .  said that they were going to take me to court they had alt of my information.   don't know what to do

My mom got a call from this number looking for my husband. He said his name was Ian Scott and that a complaint had been filed against my husband and that my husband needed to call the plaintiff at this 888 #...and that he would be coming to my husbands residence or work soon.

They called me as well... Ms. Davis, she sounded like a black American woman. She said there was a complaint filled against me for writing bad checks. My bank said it's fraud and not to tell them anything - don't give them any data at all. I also filled a complaint with my local sheriff's office.

Wish I would have seen this sooner! I just got done sending them 1000.00 for a pay day loan and still owe a remainder balance of 772.00 which they won't see. They had called me saying if I didn't pay I would be charged with Internet check fraud, deception of goods and services, and defrauding a lending institute, I got scared and payed the thousand because I'm a full time student and didn't want those type of charge which would have ruined my chances of obtaining a career. I was told by the BBB to file a complaint Federal Trade Comission. Boy do I feel disgusted, you live and learn!

This number keeps calling saying they are going to serve papers and file charges....but have got calls before making same threats that a claim is filed against my ss #

Its all a scam

stated it was a complaint filed against my social security number.

Got a call saying that my ss num has been turned in and that I ave 24 hours before they move forward...they had my name wrong

I too keep getting calls from this number from a Ms. Powell at ext. 608 stating she is with DOC Services. She states that I owe on an old loan. When I call back the recording asks for a password then hangs up. I contacted the loan company directly and they said they have never heard of DOC Services and their collections go to a company called Alliance.

These people have called my husband & my husband has paid them thinking he was going to jail not knowing. & these people do not excist! This is sad that working americans have to endure people scaming them out of there money. I have cancer & my husband's income is the only income we have we do not need scaming people taken advantage of us!!!! We are trying to file witht the courts to get our money back.....
