This # called my brother and said this was some federal crap about my younger brother and would not discuss anything with him. Oh, and was very nasty to boot. WHATEVER!

they called said it was about a legal matter...I have no legal matters.  ignored it. (guy named dan pierce)

Someone called from an unknown number stating I should call them back at this number...legal matter about my former residence...they must think I was born yesterday!! Bunch of jerks if you ask me! Didn't call them back!

Received a voice mail message from a person, (male voice), stating a claim has been filed regarding some undelivered legal documents involving a property located at a non-existant intersection. He requested a call back and provided a reference #. Yeah, right! I've deleted the message and advise anyone else to do the same.

Male identifying himself as Alex Reyes said I have 24 hours to call back about a "time sensitive matter" involving personal action against me and also said there is a question about a property at my mailing address (which is only a private mailbox - good luck with that LOL). He reeled off a case number and said if I don't respond within 24 hours they will take action against me. Unknown caller ID so I didn't answer. I am not going to respond.

I had identity theft years ago and this crap is still following me even though I have had those accounts deleted from my credit report multiple times. The collection agencies just keep selling the debt to other agencies (most likely their sister companies) and re-reporting it. The tradelines are due to age out in a few months so I assume they are trying a last ditch effort to get me before the time expires. They can call all they want. I'm not answering!!!

Guy was rude and told me the same thing as above- call within 24 hours or legal action will be taken against me... good luck in court.

I explained that I had identity theft some years ago...
His reply: "YEAH, REAAAALLY?? If that's the case why isn't there an alert on your credit report? Do you want my help or just take your chances in court?"

I'm like does this guy know me? He acts as if we have some personal relationship and I cheated on him. It was bizzare. Not professional, so I can't take it seriously if he can't tell me where, when and how this complaint against me was filed.

I'm confused.

Got a call from Jason Marshall from a document delivery service saying to call 888-462-9402 about some legal claim against me. He gave me a reference number as well.  He called my brother, work, my landline and my cell.  On my cell he said the law firm was called Century Group.  Haven't called back.

I received a call from Century and Associates regarding a US Bank over draft from 1997? I then called US Bank to see what this was all about because I don't remember ever being a customer of this bank much less getting an over draft loan from them. I looked at all the comments regarding this company and everyone say's they are a scam. Please look into this as many people are getting scam phone calls..
