The person at the other end calls himself Blake Dalton.  He is looking for someone name Remel.  I am not the person that he is looking for, I advised him of that and let him know that this is a business number and not to call here again.  The person apparently gave him a bad phone number.  Any way, he indicated at the end of the call that he would be calling again tomorrow.  This is a business and he is not to call here again.  The message left was that there has been a complaint against my social security number.  Well I am not the person he is referring to.  I do not want this person calling me again at my work number looking for someone else.  The call originated from 877-571-4042 that is the number on my voicemail identification.  When he left the message to call back the number to call is 888-466-8858.  The number when looked up is for a fitness center in Illinois.

I ALSO GOT ACALL ON MONDAY 1/31/12 FROM SOMEONE NAMED BLAKE DALTON HE LEFT AMESSAGE ON MY ANSWERING MACHINE THREATNING ME WITH A LAW SUIT TO VCALL HIM BACK WHICH I REFUS THERE ARE ALOT OF SCAM ARTISTS OUT THERE I HAVE NO IDEA WHO IT IS BUT I WILL NOT SEND ANYMORE MONEY TO ANYONE IVE LEARNED MY LESSON!!!!

This guy calls my house EVERY day.  He uses different names and he says the same thing about having a complaint against my social security number.  He calls from different numbers all the time and uses different names, but it's the same voice.  He threatens to come by my house, my job... and never does.  BECAUSE it's a scam!!

Stop these scam jokers with this "Cease & Desist" letter. Also remember "statue of limitation" on debts. Debts are invalid after certain period of time. Each state has different period. Do research to protect yourself against these scam bottom-feeder jokers.

It's the law!

Send the letter via certified mail with a return receipt request. Obtain PS Forms #PS3800 & PS3811 from your local Post Office. Keep a copy of the letter for your files. Send out the letter within thirty days of the first contact by the collection agency or collection attorney.  Any attorney who is collecting has to follow the same rules and regulations as any other collection agency so don't be intimidated because the collector happens to be an attorney.  As long as the company calling collects two or more debts per year these rules apply. The collection agency or attorney are allowed (under law) to contact you one time, after receipt of the letter, to notify you or their intent. The intent should be to stop calling you.  Debt buyers (pond scum) are subject to the law in spite of their assertions that since they bought the debt, they are not the collector. WRONG!!! If after receiving this letter, they continue to bother you, get a recording message machine  and document everything, and forward all that information to your local Attorney General, FTC, and a good attorney regarding bringing legal action against these jokers.

I keep getting calls from a Blake Dalton. He asks for a Joyce. He has called for over a year now. I get sick of telling him so today I called him back and told him I'm not her and to please stop calling. He said how do I know your not her so I said I'm Cassie, not Joyce. He said he would not stop calling so I said what if I said she was dead and he laughed and said he would not stop calling. I hung up. I then called him back and said if he was going to call me then I would call him everyday. He said he looked foreword to the call. His number is 1-855-370-4575.

Calls from John Spencer at 513 257-0190 making demands of collections.  I called it and the guy was a total ass.  He hung up on me.  I called the 888 466-8858 number.  It was the same guy on the vm.  Obvioulsy a 1 man scam operation.

I got a call from John Spencer as well, but the number was from something different than what you listed it as.  It was from my local area code.  I called their 888 number back, second time this week and both times got a message saying... Country Arbitration's , doesn't specify what county they work for and the first time I called, the guy simply hung up as soon as I said hi.  I wonder if they are targeting older sounding individuals or possibly even women since the second he heard my voice, it was click.  I am 27 years of age.   Sounds bogus to me, and I have yet to get any legal paperwork in the mail.  I will wait for the paperwork before answering a call.

I received a message that a John Spencer called and said he was calling regarding a returned check on my bank accountant and I had 48 hours to respond. When I called the number back it said County Arbitrators and that I was to leave a message. What's the deal with this guy?  I don't owe anyone and I didn't send anyone a check.

Received a call from David Jenkins (888 466 8858) he ask for me I told him I wasn't the person he was looking for so he said he would take my name off the list. Now do you think if these jerks were ligit they would have the info that they need and it would not be via the phone should be sending a certified letter. I have a hold list of people call all different name and different company 1 month there on one and next month they are a different name
