got a flyer advertising "two roundtrip airfaires within the continental u.s." It also has one of those "If you act now" clauses advertising a free 7 day car rental with a 48 response.
Fake travel voucher shows the travel provider as:
1st Class Travel
125 E. Baker Street
Suite 120
Costa Mesa, CA 92626.

It's a time share set up.  There was an article in the Times today about it.

Thanks for the info! It looks like it comes from USAir, but its vagueness made me suspicious.

This mailer reeks of "SCAM" !  Wonder if U. S. Airlines and Thrifty Car Rental know their names are being used in association with this fraud.  Production is attributed to Mark Licensing Inc..  The State Attorney General might be interested in this one.
No phone call..........a mailer announcing "Happy Birthday".

I received one of these in the mail today too for 2 round trip tickets on US AIRLINES and a THRIFTY RENTAL CAR.

It's from Mark Licensing, Inc, Mark Cards Inc. The phone number given is 888-472-8026.

This mailing had Ultimate Vacations 125 E. Baker Street Suite 120 Costa Mesa CA 92626 on the back of the voucher.

There's another thread on this website with 7 pages of complaints all from people who got the same SCAM. Most were in FL. The SCAM ARTISTS used a different phone number and the offer was a bit different. But the same basic theme.

Stay away.

Looks like they are mining their own neighbors. We live only 20 min from its mailing address in Costa Mesa. Just got a post card saying we will get Las Vegas vacation if we call within 72 hours.

Just rec'd the mysterious flyer also wishing me a happy birthday and stating "WE'VE BEEN GOING CRAZY TRYING TO CONTACT YOU!"
