This makes the NINTH number they've me from!!

They call all the time and leave no message... they hang up as soon as you answer, then other times they try to have you take some insurance for a charge card.   Where do these people come from and for what purpose is this type of harrasment other than them making money off their stupid greed.

This is NCO Debt Collectors

This is a "debt collection agency".  Very annoying since they are calling work.  It's some type of scam.  Report the number!

I got a call from this number this morning. There was nothing but dead silence, which I believe is in violation of FCC regulations.

If this is NCO they have been calling me for months, before it was always an automated call. This is the second number they have used, 800-273-6816 was the first one.

The debt they want to try and collect from me is beyond the Statute of Limitations in Missouri, where I live.

call the number back and tell them they need life insurance if they dont stop calling my number. but i use my cell with a blocked number.
