Got a call from this number but no message was left. Probably a telemarketer.

keep getting calls from this number but nobody is there when i pick up. any help?

Calls once a day at around the same time (12:30 pm), no message left.  Probably sales, no debt collectors are after me - or they shouldn't be, anyway.

I keep getting calls for someone who doesn't live at my address from this number. I have tried to tell them that but each time i get no response and they hang up. I am getting really pissed about this. I have called back and address my number to the dnc list but that didnt help. still getting calls.

Yea its BRI Marketing.. just ignore or call back and add your number to their DONT CALL ME WITH YOUR BS list..

keep getting  calls from them usually  at noon and 330pm.

These people call all the time and when you answer there is no one there.

These scuzzballs call at least twice a day and when you call back their number to find out what they want, you get a recorded message telling what they do (they don't mention annoy people). They give you the option to get off their list. I've tried it and it doesn't work. They're still out there bothering us. I have a Panasonic phone that allows one to block calls if you have caller ID. It rings once and they get cut off. (makes me feel good as it does). I am on the Canadian do not call list and I urge everyone who gets these annoying calls to make a formal complaint to whomever runs that list.  (It seems to do no good but if they get enough complaints maybe they'll actually do something about it

Got a call at 8:40 on a Wednesday night, with no message left. A late and obnoious telemarketer, as far as I can tell. I'm in Ottawa.

It's BRI Marketing. They are calling on behalf of the Royal Bank and it is a courtesy call. They probably want to sell you something like insurance on your credit card. Annoying and they are very persistent considering this has nothing to do with collections.

If you just call the number back,  an option comes up to go on the Do Not Call list.

Ya they call me 3-4 times a day!! so annoying. just call them back and follow the prompts to remove your number. says it can take upto 72hrs to be removed..

Yes I have had a lot of harrassing phone calls from RBC marketers in the past. It is very frustrating. This time they are calling me 4 times each day, all around the same time. First time between 9-10am, second time between 2-3 pm, third time between 5-6pm, and the 4th time between 8-9pm.

I actually talked to them the first time they called and said I was busy and couldn't talk. They stopped calling for about 4 or 5 days before the real onslaught started. I believe they were trying to sell a package that checks monitors your credit score for you to prevent fraud (if anyone's interested LOL).

Yes, if don't like to receive phone calls from them
just phone that number (8884804414), and follow the instruction to remove
your phone number from their list.

It will take maybe 1 minutes, and done. I just did it.

Not only are there people the scum of the earth with their constant calling, when you've had enough and decide to have your number removed (with the patience and resources to smoke out these scumbags) from their freaking list, you have to pay a long distance charge...how disgusting it that???  They should be prosecuted!!!!!

Just got a call from this number, I am on Canada's national do not call list.  Telemarketing for BMO Credit card, wanted my address and card number to sign me up for some credit protector service so that I can cancel my credit card if it gets stolen..... uhm I can do that anyways!  I told the girl I was not about to pay to do that when I can do it free of charge, she became rude and pushy and demanded my info.  I hung up.

it is bri marketing and if you call back you can put yourself on their do not call list.  however, i am already on the national do not call list and they are not exempt - so i filed a complaint with the crtc for each day they called.

They call us 3-4 times per day every single day. I have them blocked on our Panasonic phone but they don't give up. And yes, we're on the DNC list as well -- it doesn't make any difference.

They keep calling me at 10am & 8pm, each day for the recent weeks.  The DNC list is no use against them.
