Recieved a phone call from a private number with a message, stating this as a call back number.  Some lady named Rebecca Rims, saying she is an independant processor in Orange County.  She is going to serve me a cour summons within the next 48 hours at my home or place of employment.. Had my DOB, last 4 social.... Anyone else recieved a call like this??

I did not received the message but they left it on a voice mail from one of my relatives for them to forward the message to me. The person name is Tony Roberts and he stated he was an independant processor and that he was going to summon me with in the next 48 hours at work or at my home..

Did they ever serve you?

This person call my realative staing they was going to serve me paperwork in my county if I don't call in 48 hours. Also stated that they will send paperwork to my house, my employment, financial instutions, and put hold on my assests. They even gave a refernce number. These people need to get a JOB and leave us alone.
