i received a call from this number and don;t know why

why are you calling me

threatening and harrassing---trying to collect on an overdraft for us bank.

This company or scammer calls my parents house and I don't even live there anymore.  They told my mom if I didn't contact them within an hour that they would summons me to court.  I do have outstanding debt but I haven't received any letters or paperwork in the last three years.  Is this a scam or real?

They left a note on my door with this phone number and a case number. The voicemail said A.R.M. I still have no idea who they are though.

A male voice called me and said someone would come to my home to sign some papers and i would call this # in one hour if not would take me to court.The mail voice came from a private caller.So i called the # and given the case# he had given me.The female voice directed me to transfer.Then no response.
I had informed my lawyer and he told me to take care of it.

the company is called ISAP, this number is for their corporate office.  ppl here are horrible!  they threaten litigation and police involvement.  I am investigating now as I do believe they scammed my husband by demanding payment for a debt that had already been settled,  my husband fearing prosecution paid them a large amount of money.  i will update once i know if they truly are scammers!
