This # is flagged as a telemarketer on spokeo.com. They called numerous times and when I answered, in the "typical" telemarketer rudeness, stated that the call was being monitored. I responded that her call was as well and, in "typical" telemarketer style, she stated that we could not continue the call if I was recording, is I hung up.

Received a call from 888-492-5455 on 10/30/2014 at 5:25 PM, CNAM read as "Toll Free Calle." While others report it is Bank of America calling to solicit or verify information regarding their mortgage refinance, I do not have a home mortgage and have no relationship whatsoever with BofA. It seems highly suspicious to me that any financial institution would block their name ID if calling on legitimate business.

I got a call from this number, and I do not have a mortgage with BOA, nor am I seeking to refinance with them.  So it is NOT a legitimate call.  It's either telemarketing, looking to find customers (in the worst way possible) or it's thieves and scammers, trying to trick you into giving financial information.  And this call was on my cell phone, which is not the number I use to transact financial business.
