This 888 number started calling my office phone on Friday.  The line goes dead when I answer it.

OMG - 3 days in a row calling my office number!

Mutiple call this week, message is only background noise

The call is from IDC (International Data Corp, I believe) who wants to do IT/Server-related surveys.  Many times they would call, but would not pick-up when I answered.

It appears that the Do Not Call dot Org establishment is ineffective.

My preferences here are to deal with the company and filing a complaint with the State's Attorney's office.  Does anyone know what the address is for this company?

Funny too made a complaint here with the FCC about number and it took about 15 minutes in form filling.  Which is really jumping through hoops now such that you can file a complaint.  I am surprised that it didn't ask for my social security number. So it most likely is also ineffective these days to file a complaint with the FCC.

The unsolicited calls from this number have increased from once a day to 3 times a day.

Calls from this number come daily to my office. Does anyone know how to fine these people for harassment or something? Whatever they are up to is, at best, counterproductive.

Just received my third call so far today and every time I answer the line goes dead.  I've been getting these calls for at least two weeks.  It is incredibly annoying to say the least.

The number of calls from this number have been increasing.  Three calls so far today.  I called the FTC at 877 382 4357 and filed a complaint.  They also recommended calling my California attorney general at 800 952 5225.  Will do that now.

IDC no longer conducts phone surveys -- the company now uses Web-based surveys to research market trends.  If the caller identifies themselves as IDC, they are misrepresenting themselves.

Adding this to the long list of  irritating  marketing calls that I do no answwer.  WE get       anywhere from 5 to 20 calls a day of this type.  NO NOT CALL doesn't work at all!!!!!Even went to my carrier with this issue.  Then I learned that they do the same thing???????

I called them back today- they answered as "Online Pharmacy"  - this is the first time they've actually answered -  I asked that they stop calling my number, and the line went dead.

I have been getting charges from crisramdasylive and this number but it is not me. They are trying to purchase something using my account, but I turned off my card.
