    Caller stated he was from PSE&G asking about $50 credit for a program if I had central a/c.  I replied that PSE&G already knows I have central a/c and that I think its a phishing phone call.

    They want you to be a part of their "cool customer program" basically it lets them control your AC in case there is a chance of a brownout.  it costs nothing and you get a $50 credit.  kind of Big Brotherish but i see what pseg is trying to avoid.  i told them i would get back to them. no more calls. here's a link
