I know these guys. They get old documents of when you signed up for a payday loan. The loan is from 6 or 7 years ago and they say if you don't pay it thet a sheriff will be at your house to arrest you. Don't believe them. This fraud is going on all over the country. it is a complete lie. They can't have you arrested. They have to call saying they are collecting a debt. Worst of all they are completely rude. Warn your friends and family because if you put their name as a reference they will call them. These are bottom feeders. They should be thrown in Jail.

They called my grandmother. told her to be prepated to go to jail. she is 92 years old. she is mortified

got a call stating that i was going to be served some documents either at home or work and wanted me to call 888-531-6773 the plaintiff... first of all they cant even have a real person call they use a recording you would think they would have a real person talk. i have gotten several calls from this place for months and still they have not come to my job or home to serve me any paper work.

They called looking for a family relative who lives in a completely different state and not tied to my home or phone number at all.  I called them back and everything was automated.  They've called everyday for a week now.

These people keep calling me stating I have a pay day loan from someone name BMG which I have never heard of. I have told them I owe them nothing and to stop the harassing calls but they continue.  Please report these folks for fraud.  I even verified with my credit union that they have no idea who this person is and they informed me not to give them any information because they are a scam company.

Just received a phone call from these people. They contacted my brother and told him that they were going to serve me a summons for a payday loan from 2009. When I called I asked to see if they could verify the company and couldn't and they didn't even tell me it was a attempt to collect a debt. (which they have to)
The women I spoke to was very rude stating that I needed to pay this today or there will be a sheriff coming to my door to arrest me. I told her that I want to clear the debt but she wouldn't accept anything besides a
western union money order. Then she became totally irate saying i was a piece of you know what and that i was just another white honky **** that doesn't like to pay her bills. It's funny to because I recorded the phone call. SO if they do happen to summons me I have a recorded phone call advising Rowling & Miller refusing to take a payment from me the "plantiff" Along with the fact that they didn't advise that this was a attempt to collect a debt. All the information they had on my was from 4 years ago.
They say they are out of ATL? Funny I cannot find them anywhere. I do not plan on paying them until I receive a letter from them advising whatever it is I owe. And they couldn't even provide that.
SO I listed there number with the FBI database for fraud.

Dont you dare pay them. it is a scam. Databases wete stolen from.payday loan companies. they quote your address and other info. it is a fraud. these people are the ecum of the earth.

i also have been getting the exact same call to my job. i am so tired of it, and each time they call it is a different name of who is going to serve you, i just received this name "griffin today, last week or two it was someone else. what should i do

This is a scam debt collector, Rowling and Miller. They keep calling my number wanting to serve papers on a person who previously had my number over three years ago. When you ask them to stop, they are very rude. I have reported them to FTC and my state Attorney General for violation of the "do not call list."

these people called me looking for my son and long story short they started calling my wife a [***] and a [***] and saying that our sons bill was ours because we raised him.

I have been receiving a call from 000-000-0000.  I never answer but they robot leaves a voice mail saying they have papers to serve to me at my home or place of employment.  Then they leave this number to contact the plaintiff.  I will not be calling them back because I agree that it is probably a scam.

these people keep calling me to with the sam information the lady name is wanda roberts says she is from rowlings and miller but cant give me info on the information this needs to stop

I started getting calls from Wanda Roberts but 1st she called from 888-200-9171. She got my info and then the number was suddenly blocked. Then she called me again from a new number claiming it was a new carrier. Her number now is 88-323-5921. Is this company legit or is it a scam?

I have been getting them too from Griffin. I'm just block them, I would bet that this is not real in any shape or form.  I never answer phone # that are 00000000000. Maybe they think thier GOD. Good luck scammer

I was on the phone with rhonda roberts and she told me that i wouldnt have to worry about a place to live and to find someone to look after my kids. she then told me to have more babies so i can get more wel-fare. I am a single hard working mother of four with a college degree, far from needing to be on welfare but who is she to  judge me. I had my attorney office call for her and she would not come to the phone, instead the phone hung up....its bs.......

I PAID THEM BEING DUMB AND SCARED OF THE THREATS....DO NOT PAY...SCAM SCAM SCAM..I PAID IN JUNE 2012, AND CALLED ALL THE #'S TODAY THAT CALLED DURING THAT TIME PERIOD THEY ARE ALL DISCONNECTED...SO MAD AT MYSELF FOR NOT THINKING CLEARLY, WHEN THEY REFUSED TO MAIL PPRWK...SHOULDVE BEEN A RED FLAG, ILL NEVER BE DUPED AGAIN...VERY AWARE OF MY RIGHTS NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
