Some collection agency called "Alliance One".

get this, this company was calling to collect for Wachovia Bank because I forgot to close a bank account with .67 in it, and the bank assessed a $50 service charge and then sent it to collection. What can i do about this?

THEY KEEP CALL ME SAYING THAT I OWE WACHOVIA BANK MONEY. MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN CLOSED SINE 12/08 WITH A ZERO BALANCE.  WHEN I CALLED THE BANK THEY STATE MY ACCOUNT IS CLOSED WITH ON PAST DUE BALANCE.  WHY ARE CALLING ME!!!!

I have been bombarded with calls from this company after paying in full my "debt" owed to Wachovia in which I disputed.  They are ridiculous!!!

they wont say who they are they want all my buissness nos 1st time they call no one on other line when asked what co they are they would not say i dont think they like what i told them arent they required by law to identify themselves ?shady co i think or ?

Keep getting calls from this number and when I answer they hang up.  Today, a woman answered.  I told her I repeatedly get calls from this number and nobdody answers.  She apologized and asked me who was she talking to.  I refused to give her that information.  I told her, you are calling me, you  should know who you are talking to.  She told me the calls would not stop, until I indentified myself.
She then hung up on me.  Now everytime they call me, and not reply, I will call them and hang up on them....

This is weird finding this site i was looking up scandals and fraud done by wachovia. I just checked my phone because i get the same number calling me and a women on the other line told me that i pulled  400 over my account balance and must pay it back. I closed my account in good standing with wachovia. i recently used chexsystem to check my standing with banks and had no bad standing with any bank.

I got a call from this number, I also think they are calling from an unknown number. Sometimes I answer it and mess with them sometimes i don't say anything and they threaten that this call is being recorded. When I answer and pretend to be someone else they never tell me who they are.

They called and as we picked it up they didn't say a thing, just stayed connected. So we called the number back and got 2 different messages to hold and that the call is important.
They violate FCC regulations/law while they aren't identifying themselves on a caller ID, nor when connected. If we receive 1 more call, we will report them to FCC.

call almost every day. Never left a message. I finally disconnected my answering machine to stop it.
Don't know who they are or why they cal and won't id themselves when the machine did answer.

Wrong number! They are calling for the last tenant of this address.

Curious as to who or what this number is in regards to.

They called asking me for the last four of my ss# for identification / verification, but wouldn't identify who they were. They said they could only give out their information once they knew who they were talking to, said it was company policy. I said, funny thing, that's my policy too. They discontinued the call after that.
