    Got a call from 888-564-2634 but the caller ID came up as 559-702-1033 ~ this is absolutely a garbage call and I wish these people would find something else to do with their lives.

    Looks like it's cold calling from a debt counseling/consolidation company called Consumer Resources Group. The 'settlement' they want to talk to you about is an offer to negotiate a settlement of your debts, for a fee of course. Wasn't too hard to figure out, just Google 'CRG settlement' and see what pops up....
